Description
Darker in colour but richer in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants than other honeys, Chestnut honey is a rich amber-brown colour with a mildly-sweet but intriguingly complex taste due to the higher tannin content. It crystallises very slowly. It is less sweet than other types which makes it perfect for pairing with cheeses and meats.
